There are 17 county bar association, and if the individual is staying in any of these counties, the request will be forwarded to the particular county. The referral is free, but if the individual is asked to consult the attorney, he has to pay $35 for 30 minutes except for social security, personal injury, veterans and military law, medical malpractice, and unemployment or worker’s compensation issues. If the individual wants to continue the services, he has to pay additional fees.
