Interested in Learning About Pickleball?
Whether you’re just getting started playing Pickleball; or, maybe just curious about what is this silly-named activity all about, we have some information to help you.
For starters, the most frequent question from those new to the game is, “How is it played?”
To answer that, we have collected a number of videos that do an excellent job of answering that question. We invite you to sit back and view them at your convenience.
In addition, from time-to-time, we have information of Grand Openings of New Pickleball Locations, Pickleball Parties, tournaments, and training events. To stay informed on those, we have three resources:
- Our articles that appear from time-to-time and can be seen on our home page;
- Our Events Directory, which can be found along the right side of our website pages (and the bottom of the list is a link that will take you to the Events Page where you can narrow your search by dates, locations, and types of events; and
- Our Locations Directory, which lists all the locations in Minnesota (and soon, Wisconsin) and information and contacts for each.
You can always visit one of the locations where Pickleball is played near you, and just watch. Or, there are usually extra paddles available to use and many active players willing to help you get started. Don’t feel intimidated or shy. Stop in and make new friends! Even if you don’t start playing, you will find some great people to get to know.
And finally, if you have any questions, please email me at richard@pickleballminnesota.com with any questions you may have.
Hope to see you soon!
